After the kitchen closes
Late flights, long drives, a game that went to overtime. Guests show up hungry when nothing nearby is open, and asking the front desk for food puts your staff in an awkward spot. A machine near the lobby answers the question before anyone asks it, which is the whole idea behind our hotel vending service in Atlanta, South Fulton and the rest of Fulton County.
A small shop in your lobby
The smart fridge and freezer hold cold drinks and frozen meals. Guests tap or scan to unlock the door, take what they want, and it charges them automatically. There's nothing to ring up and no cash drawer. See it here.
Hotel vending on guest floors
The combo machine fits by the elevators or the ice machine. Coke, Sprite, Arizona, energy drinks and chips are what sell most across our machines. Hotel fitness room? See gym vending.
Refunds without the front desk
Every machine has a QR code. If something jams, the guest scans it and reports the problem, and we refund them. Your desk staff don't open a cash box or call a repair line. Those reports go to Paul and Teddy, the brothers who run Onus, not a call center.
