Privacy
Last updated October 25, 2026. This page covers onusvending.com, run by Onus Vending in Atlanta.
What we collect
- "Get a machine" form: the machine you're interested in, the type of place, how many people are there, its hours, the business name and address, and your name, email and phone, plus anything you add about the space.
- How you found us: if you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, the ad click ID and campaign tags in the link, the page you landed on and the site that sent you. This is kept in your browser and sent along with the form.
- Request and problem pages at our machines: the snacks and drinks you add or vote for, a random ID stored in your browser so each device votes once, and any problem report, with the name and contact details you choose to give.
Why
To reach you about placing a machine, to stock what people ask for, to handle refunds and repairs, and to see which ads bring us inquiries. We don't sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who helps us
- Supabase stores form submissions, requests and votes.
- Web3Forms emails us each "get a machine" inquiry.
- Google Analytics counts visits: which pages people view, roughly where they came from and what device they used. It uses cookies and doesn't receive anything you type into our forms.
- Google Ads measures which ads lead to an inquiry. It uses cookies, and when you send the form it may receive your email and phone in hashed (scrambled) form to match the inquiry to an ad click. You can manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
- Calendly handles the call booking, if you choose to schedule one.
- Open Food Facts receives the words you type into the item search when our own list has no match.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to talk with you and serve your location. Ask and we'll delete it sooner.
